Our products are handcrafted and are made in small batches which guarantee freshness! Orders take approximately 3-5 business days to be made, packaged, & shipped. All packages within the United States or international are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

1.  Standard Shipping Rates: 

Shipping rates for order values under $55 USD before tax is a flat shipping rate of $5.00.

2. Free Shipping on orders greater than $55 USD before tax:

We believe in rewarding our customers for their loyalty and support. Therefore, for all orders that exceed $55 USD before tax, we offer complimentary domestic shipping. This allows you to enjoy our products with the added benefit of free delivery.

3.  Tracking and Updates:

Tracking information is provided via email, once your items are packed and delivered to the selected shipping carrier. Natural Pretty Hair, LLC is NOT responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. No returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Kindly note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
